Complaints Policy

When you have a complaint about another user, statement or use of the website. Can you express this in different ways.

1. Via - clearly describe the complaint and possibly a reference to which the complaint relates.

2. Via the button that can be found on every profile page. Where you report an irregularity.

3. Completing the contact form. where you can clearly fill in the complaint.

The complaint will be handled within 1 working day. You will then receive an answer to your complaint and any measures taken by e-mail with which you are registered.


Appeal procedure.

When a complaint has been made and a third user is involved. The third user is given 7 days to make a change or adjustment to the expression. If this change is ignored, a moderator of will make the necessary changes. Account suspension is then one of the options.
